THE STILLPOINT PROGRAM

Bringing the integrative arts to end-of life care, The Stillpoint Program provides holistic support for veterans, loved ones, and care teams. Rooted in evidence-informed, mind-body practices and focused on arts methods---our offerings ease physical symptoms, quiet the mind, and support dignity, peace, and presence during life's final transitions.

CORE OFFERINGS

Presence-Based Support
Gentle, guided mindfulness and compassionate communication practices help individuals stay grounded and emotionally supported through uncertainty, loss, and transition.

Adaptive Yoga & Breathwork
Accessible movement and breath techniques—adapted for bed, chair, or wheelchair—ease pain, improve comfort, and promote relaxation.

Reiki Energy Therapy
A light-touch energy practice that supports the body’s natural healing response and encourages deep rest and balance.

Aromatherapy for Symptom Relief
Therapeutic essential oils are used to reduce pain, anxiety, and nausea while nurturing a peaceful atmosphere.

Music & Sound Therapy
Live or recorded acoustic sounds invite calm, emotional release, and comfort for patients and families.

Visual Arts as Therapy

Offering a quiet, compassionate space for expression when words may be limited or no longer feel sufficient. Simple, accessible art processes are used to support individuals in expressing emotions, memories, and meaning at their own pace. The focus is not on artistic skill or outcome, but on the experience itself: being witnessed, creating, and resting in the moment.

WHO WE SERVE
